Company Profile

Cassian Consultants was established in 1998, by George P. Kegler (see "Management Team"), to help broaden public understanding of financial markets.

Since 1998 Cassian has provided for clients:

• Educational materials for investors on a range of fixed income securities markets.
• Created more efficient debt issuance programs for major issuers of federally sponsored debt securities.
• Designed financial education and retirement planning programs and events.
• Forward looking management and mission planning reports.
• Developed web-site infrastructure and content.
• Provided content for financial publications.

In 2006, to accommodate additional client services, Cassian affiliated with malcolmsheppard.com, a Philadelphia based internet and web-site services provider. With the addition of Malcolm Sheppard, (see "Management Team"), as a Senior Associate in our firm, Cassian has added years of internet and web-site management experience and skills to our client assignments.
