Financial Education / Retirement Planning Programs
for Taft-Hartley Administered Benefit Plans

Established Financial Education / Retirement Planning Programs for Union membership, by organizing a 'Multi-Phased' program designed for Union management to reach all plan participants and provide:

• Regular review for members of existing Pension and Retirement benefits.
• Schedule of pre-selected and previewed multi Financial Educator (FE) presentations addressing topics selected by Union client.
• Schedule of single FE 'Financial Planning' workshops.
• Provide and organize for Union client annual Financial Educator "Request for Proposals" (RFPs) Vet and assemble lists of national and local financial service providers for receipt of RFPs and potential inclusion into the program as approved presenters. Manage rotation of approved, new and existing FEs to maintain highest standard of program.
• Preview and monitor FE presentations for content and to assure program objectives are met within the required content guidelines.
• Maintain a 'no cost' FE relationship with the Unions program.
• Provide critical feedback on each event to the Union client on all aspects of the programs progress and efficacy.
